Learning is the most important step for surviving his life from the first day. But the importance of learning increases for individuals, organizations and societies more every day at today’s world. Anymore, everything and anyone who wants to stay have to learn continuously innovations that come with change and to compete and also learn and effectively in order to be able to produce “New Knowledge”. Therefore organizations must internalize organizational learning and make them the basic building blocks of organizational culture in order to manage this process effectively. Organizations who learn continually from their environment, stakeholders and experience, can develop the abilities of managing knowledge and by this the can catch the wisdom in the organizational context. This concept, known as organizational wisdom, supply to build of rules and applications of knowledge management and organizational learning and the existence of disciplines such as social responsibility, transformational leadership, sustainability, business ethics in the organization. In this direction the research has been done to examine the relationship between organizational wisdom and organizational learning that are strategically important for today’s organizations. Firstly, the theoretical part of research focuses on the concepts of organizational wisdom and organizational learning and relationships between these concepts. In the practice part, the research conducted by the employees who are at chemistry sector at Konya province. Findings obtained from field study indicates significant, positive linear directional and strong relationship.
