Abstract


THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIALIZATION ON PSYCHOLOGICAL OWNERSHIP IN THE SCOPE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT PERCEPTION

It has been seen in the previous studies that organizational socialization and psychological empowerment perception have positive effects on some positive work outcomes. The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether organizational socialization has a relationship with psychological ownership and psychological empowerment perception has a mediation role in this relationship. According to the results of the study in which the data were gathered from a company from İstanbul, organizational socialization strengthens psychological empowerment perception and psychological ownership, psychological empowerment perception has a mediation role in the effect of organizational socialization on psychological ownership.
