In terms of tourism researches, the information systems and performance relation in marina enterprises as a virgin area are even more striking. In order to contribute to the understanding of this relationship, it is aimed to develop a model for measuring the effect of information technologies on organizational performance in marina enterprises. This model is designed to synthesize the common knowledge about information technologies, to develop recommendations for competitiveness and to guide future researches. In the study model, it is suggested to examine the effects of systems of operational information technology and marketing information technology systems on organizational performance, managerial performance and financial performance. The result is that the use of information systems in marina businesses is concentrated on marketing and day-to-day operations, and its contribution to performance is indirect.
