PSYCHO-SOCIAL EFFECTS OF THE PANDEMIC PROCESS: RESEARCH ON EDUCATORS

Human history; It is covered with many traumatic events in social, political and economic as well as psychological and emotional sense. It is possible to show the epidemic processes as one of the most powerful factors in terms of sourcing these traumatic events. While it is more likely to be limited to regions where an outbreak occurred in the past, it is almost impossible to predict the spread rate and impact limits of an outbreak in any region, especially in the globalizing world today. Although the effects of the epidemic process called pandemic can be overcome to a minimum, it is possible to associate these effects with people's psychosocial health status and moral-motivational capacities. In this context, our research aims to investigate the psychosocial effects of education, which is one of the important elements of education, which we can symbolize the pandemic process, which has increased its tone and power every day by increasing its influence tone and strength every day in our country, as in the world, recently.
