The goal of this study is to question the role of the interaction between the teacher and the student in the academic process for the academic success.The success of university students in education and training can be influenced by different variables. Considering that success does not depend only on one variable in the training process, other factors such as gender, education level of the family, the time, city, university, physical environment, accommodation, acquired friendships, equipment factors, and the order of preference in the choice of profession etc. also cause differences in the level of success. In addition to these factors, the positive communication and interaction that the teacher establishes on the students in the classroom is another important factor and it is thought that this positively affects the academic success of the students during the learning process. Education and training constitute the identity and values of nations. It has been a tool for advancing both in science and technology, and in culture and art. Education is an indispensable way in this process, where the student develops his talents and completes the stages of development in order to achieve success through the education in which universal civilizations are built. However, as much as the content of education, how and by which method the education is given is important. In this context, our study aims to reveal the role of development steps in an effective communication and the importance of academic success, which is an indispensable part of education that the teacher, who is the figure of authority, will establish with the students.
