Abstract


STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF ETHICAL VALUES ON SALES PERFORMANCE OF KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS

In this study, the effects of ethical values on the sales performance of key customer managers were examined. The aim of the study is to examine the effects of ethical climate, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the sales performance of key customer managers in organizations operating in the business-to-business (B2B) model. Within the scope of the research, data collection was carried out with the participation of 225 employees in organizations working with the B2B business model in and around Istanbul. As a result of the data obtained, it has been observed that the ethical climate has a positive effect on organizational climate, job satisfaction and sales performance
