Abstract


A META-ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE AND TURNOVER INTENTION

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between perceived organizational justice and turnover intention by meta-analysis method. In this direction, 19 studies (n= 5270) that met the determined criteria were included in the analysis. Fisher z statistics, publication bias, and heterogeneity tests results were tested with CMA (Comprehensive Meta Analysis) V.3.0 program to calculate the effect sizes of the studies. A random effect model was used to determine the effect direction and size of the studies included in the study. Findings obtained as a result of meta-analysis; According to the random effect model, there is a significant relationship at the level of -0.296 between perceived organizational justice and turnover intention. According to this result, it was determined that there is a weak inverse relationship between perceived organizational justice and turnover intention
