Abstract


PUBLIC RELATIONS AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT IN HOSPITALITY ENTERPRISES

Social responsibility principles, consumer rights, environmental sensitivity, transparent management, etc. the importance of public relations, which is a tool of promotion, and increasing the field of use in the concept of Marketing. Therefore, effective public relations activities provide enterprises with great advantages in a highly competitive environment. Tourism sector is one of the sectors that can be the scene of instant demand changes and where the competition environment is extremely intense. In this context, the importance of promotion and public relations works in terms of accommodation enterprises which have a great place and importance within the tourism sector.
