The aim of the research is to examine the level of resume preparation skills of distance education students. When the literature on the concept of curriculum vitae was examined, researches on the subject were not found. Qualitative research was conducted to measure the skills of students to prepare CVs. Interview method was applied in qualitative research. Semi-structured interview questions were created by taking expert opinions. Questions were also asked about the personal characteristics of the students that were thought to affect their ability to prepare CVs. The obtained content and significance were analyzed and evaluated. It is easy to create a sample of 24 students who took the course of human resources management with sampling method. it has been seen that the students having taken the courses of human resources have positive effects on the skills of preparing CVs. It has also been determined that students have no knowledge of digital resume applications. However, students have come to the conclusion that they are aware that social media is effective in their resume and job application process.
