It is considered that it is important to be able to make decisions about the choice of profession in every period of life and to be able to manage these processes correctly in accordance with today's changing conditions. It is believed that the university, which is the last stop before entering the profession, has a special place at this point. The determination of the criteria that are effective in the choice of the families, the fear of unemployment, the students' tendency to find jobs not in the direction of talent and interest are some of the career problems encountered in the university years. It is considered that career counseling assistance to be made during the university period is important to ensure the right career choice and career management. This study was carried out with the students selected from the students who were studying in İnönü University, Faculty of Education. Clients were informed verbally about the research, and the written contract required for participation in the study was signed by the clients. The counseling sessions were organized with the use of the cognitive behavioral model consisting of 5 sessions with the client. The contents of the sessions are presented by deciphering. When the pre-test and post-test results were compared, it was observed that after the Cognitive-Behavioral based career sessions, there was an increase in the awareness of the clients about their future anxiety and the factors that prevented them.
