The purpose of this study is to make a general review of the theses prepared in relation to the strategic human resources management published at the YÖK National Thesis Center. In this context, the direction of strategic human resources management has been examined in the national literature. For this purpose, 37 master's and doctoral theses, which were prepared from 1995 to 2018, were subjected to content analysis with respect to university, institute, department, year of study, thesis consultant titles, sample size, issues related to SHRM and analysis methods. According to the data obtained from the study, most of the studies are written in Turkish and 27 of them are master's thesis. Also, since 2010, 17 master's and 4 doctoral theses have been written. This situation shows that the recent period of intensive research has been conducted. In the theses, organizational performance and staff performance issues are more closely related with the SHRM.
