Proje Uygulama Süreçlerinde Karar Verme Tarzlarının İşletme Performansı Üzerine Etkileri

Bu araştırmada, proje yöneticilerinin ve proje sorumlularının karar verme tarzlarına göre işletme performanslarının etkilenip etkilenmediği, eğer bir etki varsa bu etkinin büyüklüğü ve yönü incelenmiştir. Ortaya çıkacak etkiler doğrultusunda projelerde başarıya ulaşmada ve işletmelerin iyi bir performans sergilemesi için uygun karar verme tarzlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, proje yönetiminde karar alma süreçlerinin yalnızca bireysel tercihlere değil, aynı zamanda kurumsal hedeflerle olan uyumuna da dikkat çekilmiştir. Proje uygulama süreçlerinden; üst yönetim desteği, proje planlaması, proje çalışanları, proje izleme ve geribildirim, proje iletişimi ve projede sorun giderme süreçlerinin her biri için karar verme tarzlarının alt değişkenleri olan rasyonel, bağımlı, sezgisel, kaçınmacı ve kendiliğinden karar verme tarzlarının, işletmelerin finansal ve büyüme performansı üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Mevcut araştırma ölçeklerinden oluşturulan anket ile 404 adet veri toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler ışığında ölçeklerin doğruluğu ve tutarlılığı SPSS ve SmartPLS istatistik yazılımları ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda proje iletişimi ile firma performansı arasında güçlü ve olumlu bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Proje uygulama süreçlerinde karar verme tarzlarının işletme performansı üzerindeki düzenleyici etkilerine yönelik hipotezler ise kısmen desteklenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, yönetim uygulamalarına yön verebilecek nitelikte özgün sonuçlar ortaya koymuştur.
