Havalimanı Akıllı Ulaşım Teknolojilerinin Fuzzy Best–Worst Yaklaşımıyla Stratejik Önceliklendirilmesi

Özet

Artan yolcu hacmi ve sürdürülebilirlik talepleri doğrultusunda, havalimanlarında akıllı ulaşım teknolojilerinin (AUT) etkin şekilde entegrasyonu büyük önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, sınırlı kaynaklar altında uygulanabilir AUT çözümlerinin stratejik önceliklendirmesi hedeflenmiş ve çok kriterli karar verme yöntemi olarak Fuzzy Best–Worst Method (FBWM) kullanılmıştır. Değerlendirme kriterleri; operasyonel verimlilik, yolcu memnuniyeti, sürdürülebilirlik katkısı, maliyet etkinliği ve teknolojik entegrasyon kolaylığı şeklinde belirlenmiştir. Literatür desteği ve uzman görüşleriyle şekillenen bu kriterler, toplam 14 uzmandan alınan karşılaştırmalı değerlendirmeler aracılığıyla ağırlıklandırılmıştır. FBWM ile oluşturulan karar matrisleri doğrultusunda hem kriter ağırlıkları hem de beş farklı AUT çözümünün stratejik skorları hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, sürdürülebilirlik katkısı en yüksek ağırlığa sahip kriter olarak öne çıkmıştır. Teknoloji bazında ise, mobil tabanlı yönlendirme uygulamaları en yüksek stratejik önceliğe sahipken, bunu gerçek zamanlı trafik yönetim sistemleri ve otonom iç ulaşım çözümleri takip etmiştir. Sonuçlar, dijital erişilebilirlik, çevresel etki ve entegrasyon kolaylığının karar verme sürecinde kritik faktörler olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışma, havalimanı yöneticilerine dijital dönüşüm stratejileri konusunda bilimsel temelli bir yol haritası sunmakta; FBWM yaklaşımıyla belirsizlik altındaki karar süreçlerine uygulanabilir bir model önermektedir.
