Özet

The article examines the challenges associated with the use of the results of intellectual activity in civil circulation, where intellectual property objects become the subject of various transactions in the course of entrepreneurial activity. It further conceptualizes intellectual property as a synthesized category that encompasses the exclusive rights of its owner to the outcomes of intellectual and creative activity. The article also highlights a distinctive feature of intellectual property rights — their territorial nature — which is linked to the laws of a particular state. The article further notes that with the advancement of technologies for creating and transmitting information, methods of reproduction have expanded significantly.
