Atletlerde İzokinetik Çabuk Kuvvet ve İvmelenme Antrenmanlarının Sprint Performansına Etkisi

Özet

Atletizmde kuvvet antrenmanlarına ek olarak yapılan kombine uygulamalar, koşu performansını olumlu etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı 4 hafta boyunca izokinetik çabuk kuvvet ve ivmelenme kombine antrenmanlarının sprint performansına etkisini incelemektir. Bu araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden randomize kontrollü ön test-son test deneysel desene göre dizayn edilmiştir. Çalışmaya en az 2 yıldır aktif atletizm lisansı bulunan ve aktif olarak kısa mesafe yarışlarına katılan 22 atlet(17±0,76 yaş, 176±3,38 boy, 60,13±6,69 kilo) dahil edilmiştir. Atletler İV, İZ+İVG, KG olarak 3 gruba ayrılmış, kontrol grubu dışında tüm gruplara 4 hafta boyunca haftada 3 gün antrenman yaptırılmıştır. Atletlerin verileri sprint performans testiyle ölçülmüş olup ön test ve son test verileri kayıt altına alınmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin normallik analizi yapıldıktan sonra ön test son test verilerinin gruplar arasında karşılaştırmak için karma model ANOVA uygulanmış olup anlamlılık düzeyi p <0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Veriler ortalama, standart sapma ve minimum maksimum değerler olarak sunulmuştur. Analiz sonuçlarına göre grupların ön test son test zaman verilerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklar olduğu(<0.05), gruplar arasındaki etkileşimin grup*zaman değerlendirmesi incelendiğinde verilerin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı açıklanmıştır(>0.05). Bu sonuç, antrenman protokollerinin zaman içindeki gelişim miktarını anlamlı biçimde farklılaştırmadığını; diğer bir ifadeyle, üç grubun iyileşme eğilimlerinin paralel seyrettiğini göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak izokinetik çabuk kuvvet egzersiz programı ile desteklenen ivmelenme antrenmanlarının kısa mesafe sporcuların sprint performansına olumlu etkisinin olacağı söylenebilir.
