Özet

İnşaat projelerinde zaman yönetimi, projenin başarısını doğrudan etkileyen kritik bir faktördür. Etkin zaman yönetimi, projelerin belirlenen süreler içinde tamamlanmasını ve kaynakların verimli kullanılmasını sağlar. Bu çalışma, inşaat projelerinde zaman yönetimi ve etkin planlamanın temel unsurlarını ve bu unsurların proje yönetimindeki rolünü ele almaktadır. Literatürde sıklıkla vurgulanan Kritik Yol Yöntemi (CPM) gibi araçların, projelerin zamanında tamamlanmasında önemli katkılar sağladığı görülmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra, belirsizliklerin ve risklerin yönetimi, proje süreçlerinde karşılaşılan gecikmelerin önlenmesi için vazgeçilmezdir. Çalışmada ayrıca, sosyal faktörlerin, ekip içi iletişim ve liderlik becerilerinin zaman yönetimindeki etkisi ele alınmıştır. Kocaeli Meslek Yüksekokulu’nda yapılan ders gözlemleri, inşaat teknikerliği öğrencilerine yönelik zaman yönetimi ve etkin planlama derslerinin, öğrencilerin mesleki becerilerini geliştirme konusundaki önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırma bulguları, inşaat projelerinde başarılı zaman yönetimi için teknik becerilerin yanı sıra liderlik ve iletişim gibi sosyal yetkinliklerin geliştirilmesi gerektiğini göstermektedir.
