Özet

Liderlik davranışı, tercih edilen tarza bağlı olarak çalışanların performansını olumlu yönde etkileyebilmektedir. Özellikle hizmet sektöründe yöneticiler ve çalışanlar arasındaki ilişkiler düşünüldüğünde, liderlik tarzının çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle araştırmanın ilk amacı kapsayıcı liderlik tarzının hizmet inovasyonu performansı üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Bu araştırmanın ikinci amacı ise özellikle müşteri talep ve beklentilerinin farklılaştığı ve hızla değiştiği hizmet sektöründe kapsayıcı liderlik tarzının hizmet inovasyonu performansı üzerindeki etkisinin yöneticilerin kullandığı empatik dile bağlı olarak farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını araştırmaktır. Bu kapsamda kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile ulaşılan 275 banka çalışanından toplanan veriler AMOS, SPSS ve PROCESS makrosu ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda kapsayıcı liderliğin hizmet inovasyonu performansı üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca kapsayıcı liderliğin hizmet inovasyonu performansı üzerindeki etkisinde empatik dil kullanımının moderatör rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Temel olarak, kapsayıcı liderliğin, amirin empatik dil kullanımının yüksek olduğu durumlarda çalışanların hizmet inovasyonu performansını önemli ölçüde etkilediği bulunmuştur. Çalışmanın bulguları tartışılmış ve çalışmanın sonunda gelecekteki araştırmalar için öneriler sunulmuştur.
