INFORMATION DISCLOSURE IN FAMILY BUSINESSES: A CONCEPTUAL EVALUATION

Whistleblowing is expressed as the behavior of employees at any level of management to inform the competent person or persons within or outside the organization of any act of morality, illegal or illegitimate actions or activities carried out by other employees within the enterprise. In the literature, the study considers the concept of information disclosure in the family businesses, since it is considered as a field which is studied in different ways and depending on the different fields of application both in the public and private sectors, although it is insufficient to work in family businesses as a field that is constantly examined within the private sector. The study makes recommendations to the managers of the family businesses
