Abstract

When considered historically, the use and acceptance of fiction works in interdisciplinary studies is a relatively new development. Nevertheless, more and more studies and articles have been published showing that literature, art and artist are related to social sciences. With the assumption that organizations are a living organism rather than a rational, technical and stereotyped phenomenon, researchers working in this field have started to contribute to the literature by feeding from different sources. The traditional distinction between scientific knowledge and narrative knowledge has begun to disappear in recent years, and the organization has used narratives more often. Fiction works, especially novel, has been the most interesting among the literary genres in every period. Due to its flexible and dynamic structure, its narrative diversity and its unique style of expression, it has been widely preferred. The idea that benefiting from these features of the novel in social sciences and organization literature will add prosperity to the field is the main motivation source of this study.
