THE IMPORTANCE OF EMPATHY IN RELIGIOUS COMMUNICATION

Abstract

Empathy, which has been discussed in many fields in recent years and has been the subject of many different studies, is a concept that draws attention in religious terminology in terms of the meaning it contains and has a religious dimension in terms of the meaning it represents. This study has tried to explain how religion is an important resource in the formation and development of social values and in establishing healthy relationships between people, and how important it is in establishing this solid foundation with the concept of empathy in communication.

In this study, the importance and necessity of empathy in religious communication will be emphasized. The important role of empathy in the approach to religious communication is to be presented in the study. Communication is a necessity not only a vital necessity but also in our spiritual needs.
