Abstract

Various researchers have conducted numerous studies on the importance of leadership in the management of organizations, particularly from the point of ensuring success, sustainability, and stability. Today, retaining a qualified and skilled workforce is considered the basis for ensuring organizational sustainability. Thus, it is essential to elaborate on the effects of different leadership styles on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees. In this context, this study was prepared in order to reveal and determine the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees, in particular in the case of transformational leadership.
