The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between candidates for health care management emotional intelligence and problem solving skills. Data were gathered from 165 students who were educated in Aksaray University Faculty of Health Sciences department of health institutions in the direction of the research. The data obtained within the scope of the study were analyzed with the SPSS 20.0 program. As a result of the analysis of the correlation, emotional intelligence and problem solving skills were found to have a low level of positive correlation in the positive direction. It is also found that emotional intelligence affects the problem solving ability as a result of regression analysis.
