Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the levels of organizational cynicism and organizational commitment of employee who operate action in public instutions Karaman province and to state the relationship betwen them. Surveys were filled out with 400 public employees under the scope of this study. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the public employees’ organizational cynicism perceptions are at the low level (Ẍ=2,41) and their perceptions of organizational commitment are at the medium level (Ẍ=3,13). Additionaly, it was as certained of public employees participating in the research that there was a negatively significant relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational commitment perceptions (r=-0,404) and there was a significant difference between organizational commitment and educational status variable
