Polish directors have always been opposed to the communist regime, they have tried to raise the awareness of the society by initiating important cinema movements in their countries. However, they have never been so politicized with the power of hope and freedom created by the Solidarity Union.
Ethical Anxiety Cinema, opposed any kind of imposition of the communist regime on society. Films made in this period criticized the anti-democratic structure of the regime and the pressures of the communist regime on society, they tried to create a collective consciousness in society. In particular, the spirit of solidarity created by the solidarity union in society, they have succeeded in delivering them to the public through films.
This article will explain the films that were shot with the influence of the Polarist Union, which is an oppositional force in Poland where politics is always dominant, on Polish directors. In addition, the cinema Kieslowski who introduced Ethical Anxiety Cinema to the world will be studied from this perspective
