Each country has a national health system that reflects its history, its own economic development and its dominant political ideology. Due to this situation, the health systems of the countries have different or similar aspects. Countries must create a system that is quality, efficient, fair, sustainable and easily accessible to all to improve health indicators. The purpose of this study is to examine and compare some basic health indicators and health expenditures of UK, Germany and US health systems. In the survey it is given; UK, Germany and USA health indicators; life expectancy at birth, infant mortality rate, share of GDP divided by health, health expenditure per capita, out-of-pocket health expenditures, satisfaction with health services
