Abstract

Mobbing is an important problem that is frequently encountered in organizations and affects all members of the organization. The main purpose of this study is to determine how psychological mobbing behaviors are perceived by the employees and the effects of these behaviors on the psychological status of employees. Qualitative research method is used in this study. The findings of the study are obtained by volunteer participants who are the employees of Burdur National Estate Directorate. Through interviews, it has been tried to examine how mobbing behaviors are perceived by employees. According to the findings obtained from the study, it is concluded that the employees of the National Estate Directorate were subjected to mobbing behaviors.
