Abstract

This study was carried out to determine the relationship between the entrepreneurial personality characteristics of the business managers and the efficiency of the entrepreneurship processes. In this study, it has been emphasized that creativity and problem solving and continuous development of innovative works in enterprises should be developed in order to be able to cope with competition in global competition market and to manage all these changes. To establish a new business or to want to work independently for entrepreneurs; issues that are exhausting, profit and return on success are considered. The motivation of the business owners has been determined to be an important factor that should be found in the business owners since they can make great contributions to the development of the enterprises. The satisfaction of the employees, satisfaction of the suppliers and the satisfaction of the customers are emphasized in order for the enterprises to be successful and to reach the target land. In the research section of the study, the universe of the study was composed of 1140 people working in located in Beylikduzu district of Istanbul the Beysan Industrial Site and a total of 310 business employees were employed in the study. As a result of statistical analysis; It was determined that entrepreneurial personality traits differ according to the dimension of motivation which is the sub-dimension of entrepreneurship processes. Therefore, it is concluded that the individuals with full entrepreneurial personality traits are more motivated and prefer the jobs that require entrepreneurship.
