The development of the computer and the Internet have begun a massive communication and interaction age. This process changed all known habits and lifestyles. Internet use is becoming increasingly common. It is fast and easy to access information and spread information. However, this easy and fast communication has various costs for public administration and public administration. As with many technological innovations, this invention has its benefits as well as its damages. The United States is also one of the countries that have experienced this technological change intensively. In order to cope with this problem, public administration takes necessary administrative, legal and technological precautions. The work for this is being carried out in the state, federal and international context. However, no matter how precautious it is, it is not possible for the public administration to succeed in solving this problem without the participation of children, families and society. For this reason, the US public administration needs to take advantage of technological opportunities to capture child abusers who have benefited from technological innovations as well as legal regulations and to document their crimes. This article aims to provide an overview of child sexual abuse committed through the Internet in the context of the United States. It is seen in the literature review that there is a need for a global organization to fight such crimes and Interpol is actively working in this context
