Abstract

The main object of this study is trying to the effect of psychological contract breach on organızatıonal silence. datas collected from the conducted survey on the 356 workers of a national company which is located in Ankara and specialized in producing packaged baked products. The analysis have proved that there is a significant effect of psychologhical contract breach on the organizational silence.
