In this study, it was aimed to develop an achievement test for the achievements of the 9th grade Geography course curriculum "Natural Systems Unit Human and Geography and the Shape and Movements of the World" and to evaluate students’ acquisition levels of the learning outcomes within the scope of this unit through this developed test. The study was carried out in a descriptive survey model. The study group of the research consists of 260 9th grade students in Merkez Atatürk Anatolian High School, which was selected through convenient sampling in Kahramanmaraş Onikişubat district in the 2019-2020 academic year. As a data collection tool, a multiple-choice achievement test consisting of 25 questions was used by the researcher. As a result of the analysis of the obtained data, it was seen that the average difficulty of the test was pavg=0,67 and the average discrimination of the test was ravg=0,31. The reliability coefficient (KR-20) of this test consisting of 25 items was calculated as 0.99. In the analysis of the data, absolute success percentages showing the level of achievement of the relevant achievements were calculated. The absolute achieving learning outcomes percentage for the acquisition of "Explains nature and human interaction with examples." is 42.08%. The absolute achieving learning outcomes percentage for the acquisition of “Explains the subjects and division of geography.” is 92.50%. The absolute achieving learning outcomes percentage for the acquisition of “Explains the development of the science of geography.” is 93.33%. The absolute achieving learning outcomes percentage for the acquisition of “Evaluates the effects of the Earth's shape and movements." is 60.19%. The absolute success percentage average of all achieving learning outcomes related to the unit is 72.03%. Thus, it was concluded that the students were able to achieve 2 of the relevant learning outcomes
