Abstract

This research examines the relationship between the digital leadership behaviors of secondary school education administrators and their processes of designing educational materials using artificial intelligence tools. In the study conducted on secondary school principals in Çukurova district, the connections between the digital leadership levels of the administrators and their skills in developing artificial intelligence-supported educational materials were evaluated. Using the quantitative method in the research, the Digital Leadership Scale and the Artificial Intelligence Educational Material Usage Scale were applied, and the obtained data were analyzed with the SPSS program. Findings show that managers with high levels of digital leadership integrate artificial intelligence tools into their training processes more effectively. The study emphasizes the contribution of educational administrators' adaptation to technology to teaching processes and reveals that artificial intelligence-supported material production plays a critical role in improving the quality of education. The results highlight the need to develop digital leadership competencies and the importance of more widespread use of artificial intelligence technologies in education. The research is important in terms of guiding education policies and offers suggestions that will guide future studies.
