The main elements of this idea are the use of reason and will and the preservation of freedom. The realization of the man himself is to create rules and institutions in which no one's subjective will prevails, but under the control of objective will. Because human life does not start with just an individual, nor does it end with an individual. From this point of view, the state and the law should both protect themselves and provide security to humanity and pave the way for their freedom. Only in this way will it happen that humanity will have peace and carry itself into the future.
