Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the perceptions of fungal management of teachers working in public schools in Siirt according to some variables. The universe of the research in the screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, consists of 5325 teachers working in public schools in Siirt in the 2020-2021 academic year. 765 teachers selected through simple random sampling from the universe formed the sample of the research. The data collected within the scope of the research were analyzed using the statistical package program. Frequency (F) and percentage distribution of the data on the demographic information of the teachers participating in the study (location, gender, age, education level, service time and school level) were calculated. In addition, after the arithmetic average (X̄) and standard deviation (SS) values of each substance and dimensions in the scales were calculated, the description of the related articles and dimensions of the scales was also made. The Independent Group T-test technique was used to determine whether the total scores obtained from the sub-dimensions of the mushroom management scale of the teachers forming the sample group and the total number of duties, gender and education level variables were used significantly in terms of the variables of the group. One-way analysis (ANOVA) technique was used to determine whether the total scores obtained from the sub-dimensions of the mushroom management scale of the teachers forming the sample group and the total scores obtained from the scale were significantly differentiated in terms of age, service duration and school-level variables. As a result of one-way analysis of variance analysis (ANOVA), the Tukey test was used to determine which group of differences in case of significant differences between the groups. According to the results obtained from the research, it was concluded that the perceptions of teachers in the total and sub-dimensions of the mushroom management scale were low. Mushroom management perceptions of teachers in the total and sub-dimensions of the scale according to the location of duty, gender and service time variables do not differ. It was found that the perceptions of mushroom management of graduate graduates in other dimensions and total of the scale except for inadequate information sub-dimension were higher. Mushroom management perceptions of teachers in the age group of 41 and above are higher than the teachers in the other age group. Mushroom management perceptions of the teachers working in primary school are insufficient information sharing sub-dimensions are lower than the teachers working in secondary and high school levels. In total size, the perceptions of the mushroom management of the teachers working in primary school are lower than the teachers working at the secondary school level.
