Abstract

The general aim of this study is; to determine whether the organizational ambidexterity of information management in the organizational dimension is influential. The sub-objectives of the study are;  Participants' levels of organizational knowledge management perceptions and sub-components,  Levels of organizational ambidexterity and sub-components of participants,  To determine whether there is a relationship between organizational knowledge management perceptions of organizational knowledge and the sub-dimensions of the two concepts in question. Method: This study was designed as an interactional model in order to determine whether organizational knowledge management perceptions and subscales have an influence on organizational ambidexterity and dimensions. For this reason, the relationships between organizational knowledge management and sub-dimensions of information acquisition, knowledge production, information sharing, information storage-documentation and information use variables and organizational ambidexterity and sub-dimensions of researcher ambidexterity and beneficial ambidexterity are discussed separately. Findings: According to the findings, it is seen that there is a significant positive correlation between level statistics and organizational mastery at moderate level. Along with this result, it has been achieved that the positive works that will arise in the knowledge management studies are effective on the organizational ambidexterity. Discussion: In this study, in which the effect of organizational knowledge management on organizational ambidexterity is examined, it is anticipated that the efforts in organizational knowledge management are now expected to increase in the same way as organizational ambidexterity. Therefore, it can be said that information management activities in organizations can provide positive contributions to organizational ambidexterity studies.
