GRAMSCI AND BUREAUCRACY

Abstract

In this study, in order to examine Gramscian’s bureaucratic position in the management disciplines and his contribution to it, his understanding on the concept of bureaucracy will be discussed in the context of the thinker’s fundamental concepts. Without associate actual value and the meaning of the bureaucracy concept with Marxist thinker’s fundamental dynamics of thought of concepts of civil society hegemony and state the perception of the thinker on the bureaucracy function cannot be dealt and comprehended thus the subject examined with the mediation of those aforementioned concepts
