The purpose of this study is to examine the importance dimension of innovation strategies in ensuring strategic competitive advantage. In addition, the main objectives of the enterprises to identify, easy to reach the specified goals and resources needed to provide the minimum cost of the alternative strategies are covered. Customer value creation, competitive advantage of the markets in the competitive environment, competitive advantage, the advantages of production with a low cost and competitive advantage strategies were discussed. Therefore, in this study; The concept of strategy, the concept of strategic management, the concept of competition, the concept of innovation, all actions that make a difference in the competition environment, global trends and the importance of putting the innovations to be made when considering the environmental conditions are emphasized. Innovative activities and activities are of great importance in achieving competitive advantage in countries. In this study; defensive, aggressive, traditional, empirical, exploratory and incremental innovation strategies have been examined in order to ensure competitive advantage.
