THE ROLE OF AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES IN THE SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS THAT AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURS ENCOUNTER

Abstract

The establishment objectives of agricultural cooperatives are based on the understanding of solving the problems by being
unity that small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the agricultural sector cannot overcome alone. Agricultural
entrepreneurs also face various problems about finance, marketing, management and human resources issues, in the course of
the entrepreneurship process. The study aims to investigate the effect of agricultural cooperatives in overcoming the problems
that agricultural entrepreneurs have difficulty in solving on their own. Considerin the establishment objectives, activities and
benefits for their members of agricultural cooperatives, it is concluded that agricultural cooperatives contribute positively to
resolving the problems faced by agricultural entrepreneurs.
