The aim of this study is to examine the impact of human resources information systems on employee productivity. Enterprises aim at maximizing profitability by producing goods and services and taking into consideration the satisfaction of consumers. One of the most important factors in production is human. Therefore, it is not possible for enterprises to consider profitability without ensuring the efficiency of employees. The effective use of human resources information systems can both increase the productivity of employees and ensure the satisfaction of the goods and services produced by the consumers. Recording of employee information with the help of the benefits of technology; In terms of ensuring the integrity of human resources management, it contributes to more active, more consistent and more integrated functions. In this study, which is one of the most important subjects of human resources information activities, human resources planning system, which is one of the most important elements to increase organizational efficiency and performance of human resources information systems, explaining the concepts, human resources information system; human resources planning, wage management, continuous education, health and safety, career planning, human resources issues such as a system that provides information to manage the information, as well as the relationship between information systems and technology, human resources information systems with the purpose and importance of human resources information systems The aim of this study is to examine the effect of organizational productivity on employee performance.
