Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between Career Adaptation Skills (CAS), Life Satisfaction and Personal Growth Initiative Scale (PGIS). The aim of the course is to examine the career plans related to the departments they study, whether they can reach their dreamed career, their compatibility with their personal characteristics and their career skills, and their relevance to life satisfaction. In order to examine the investigations, the CAS, the Life Satisfaction Scale and the PGIS were used. A quantitative research approach was adopted for the purpose of the study. In this context, 254 of the questionnaire forms collected from the undergraduate students in Health Administration Department of a state university in Konya were included in the analysis. Independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis were performed. According to the findings of the study, a positive relationship was found between the PGIS, Life Satisfaction and CAS. In addition, PGIS is significantly and positively affecting the in terms of CAS, and in terms of positive and positive life satisfaction, CAS affects life satisfaction significantly and positively.
