With elections held in Turkey in 2017, it has switched to the presidential administration system from the parliamentary government system. The thought infrastructure of the new management system required many arrangements and changes. These changes also affected the accountability structure. In this sense, there have been some changes in the political, administrative and financial accountability of the presidential administration system. The responsibility for political account is that the president and members of parliament are now directly accountable to the public. Administrative accountability is the responsibility of ministers to account for the president. Financially, unlike the old administration, ministers have accountability to the president.
