Abstract

In this research, the teacher’s opinion about the realization level of the achievements in the Fine Arts Music Instrument Communities Teaching Program were examined, the results of the questionnaire applied to the teachers were evaluated. There are 83 Fine Arts High Schools in Turkey 33 western music instrument teachers from 33 High Schools of Fine Arts were applied questionnaire in 2018-2019 Academic year. 33 teachers have formed the sample group of the universe. The questionnaire used for collecting the research data consists of two parts; “Personal Information Form”, “Western Music Teachers Instruments Learning Outcomes Questionnaire”. The data obtained from the study were analyzed by using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 22.0 program. Number, percentage, mean, standard deviation was used as descriptive statistical methods in the evaluation of the data. T-test, for comparing quantitative data between two independent group, Anova Test (One Way), compare quantitative data between more than two independent group, were used. Complementary post-hoc analysis Scheffe test was used to determine the differences after the Anova Test. The findings were evaluated at a 95% confidence interval and a 5% significance level. As a result of the research, it is seen that the teachers have a medium level of gain perception for the 11th grade, medium level of perception for the 12th grade, for the 11th grade achievements experienced teachers have been more successful for gaining professional experience, It is found out that; there is no meaningful contribution to the realization of the achievements to the gender of the teachers, however, the average score of female teachers were higher, the formed instrument groups’ type has no effect on student success. It is seen that the formed instrument groups’ type has no effect on student success
