SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE FAMOUS NOVELIST OF AZERBAIJAN FERMAN KERIMZADE AND HIS WORK TITLED KARLI AŞIRIM (SNOW PASS)

Abstract

Ferman Kerimzade, one of the famous writers of Azerbaijan, is considered one of the most important representatives of the historical novel in the country. His works, which introduced and popularized the author to a wide audience, were historical novels. Approaching Turkish history, literature and culture with a great sense of love, the author describes historical events in the form of a novel. Among the products that brought a voice in the literary world, the works called Karlı Aşırım (Snow Pass) (1971), Hudaferin Köprüsü (1982-83) and Çaldıran Savaşı (1988) are the most important historical novels of Ferman Kerimzade. One of Ferman Bey's novels that must be focused on is Snowy extremist. In this work, the author portrays Azerbaijani village life in the 1930s, when inter-class conflicts peaked, in the form of vivid paintings. He expresses the difficulties of compulsory collectivization practices in a unique style. Our aim is that the writer Ferman Kerimzade, who is famous for his historical novels in Azerbaijan, is recognized in Turkey and in the whole Turkish world
