The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of personality traits of university students on their perceptions of distance education. At the same time, it was aimed to determine the direction and level of the relationships between the two research variables. Accordingly, the study was initiated with the “Ethics Committee Document” issued by the Social and Human Sciences Ethics Committee of the Mersin University Rectorate for the relevant study and survey. A questionnaire was applied to 463 students studying at Mersin University. Frequency, reliability, validity, correlation and regression analysis tests were performed on the data obtained from the survey using the SPSS program. According to the research results; It was determined that personality traits positively affect students' perceptions of distance education
