In this study, the relationships between transformational leadership, supervisor support, communication, wellbeing at work and organizational paranoia were investigated. In addition, the data were collected with the communication scale, the main source of which is Bove´e and Thill's (2007) study, taken from the study of Parboteeah et al. (2010), the organizational paranoia scale taken from the study of Fenigstein and Vanable (1992) and the wellbeing at work scale taken from the study of Daniels (2000). The research was carried out with 400 healthcare workers by randomly selecting from 4 hospitals in 2 provinces from the regions of Central Anatolia and Aegean, in Turkey. Participants were reached by using the "random sampling" method in proportion to the size of the hospital with the "stratified sampling" method. As a result of the research, a positive relationship was found between transformational leadership and supervisor support. Besides, a positive relationship was found between supervisor support and communication. However, wellbeing (negative affect) at work showed a negative relationship with supervisory support and a positive relationship with organizational paranoia. It could not be found the statistically significant relationship between all other variables
