Abstract

The professional and personal qualifications expected from managers and employees working in human resources departments, which have a great contribution in maintaining the success of institutions and preparing for the future, are very important for institutions, candidate employees and educational institutions that prepare employee candidates for the future. The data for this study was designed as a qualitative in order to determine the qualifications of candidates running to be served on the human resources department of Turkey's institutions and employees nominated by bringing together kariyer.net is human resources were obtained from the website activities. The qualifications expressed in job postings by institutions are categorized according to certain themes. In this context, it has been revealed that qualifications such as experience, university graduation, legislative knowledge, effective communication, experience from experts and assistant experts who will work in human resources, MS Office program knowledge, university graduation, effective communication and teamwork are expected from human resources managers
