Abstract

Individuals exercise various occupations to be able to sustain their lives. These professions can be both the occupations which do not require a formal education and the occupations which require a formal education process. Teaching is a professional profession. Teaching profession, which has a status in almost all societies, loses its popularity because of the various problems it has faced in recent years. These problems (economical, sociological and cultural etc.) make young people stay away from teaching profession.
