The purpose of this study is to give information about the employer brand and management understanding and the strategic importance of employer brand. In this study, the literature review model was used. In this model, domestic and foreign literature related to the subject has been screened. The employer brand is becoming more and more strategic for businesses. Companies that have a successful employer brand can benefit from many aspects such as bringing qualified staff to the business and providing morale and motivation to their employees. Businesses can be more active and successful in the process of recruiting and selecting their employees by adding employer brand management to their strategic plans. According to the results of the research, it can be suggested that the enterprises include the employer brand in the strategic management process in order to be more successful, to survive and to obtain an effective competitive advantage in whatever sector they are in.
