The transport policies that the European Union has shaped under the economic interests of the European Union encountered some problems in the first period. However, Western Europe could overcome these problems in the transportation networks in the short term and established a tremendous transport network in Western Europe through projects whics is about Trans-European Network (TEN). After the dissolution of the USSR in the early 1990s, transport policies in the European Union were reshaped. The PEN (Pan-European Network) has been able to fully integrate the transport areas of the Central European and Eastern European countries, which it did not see as itself. In the same period, the European Union, which evaluated the power gap in Central Asia and the Caucasus, made integrated attempts in the transportation corridors of the rate.
In the study, the reflection of the Asian Transport Corridors to Europe on Azerbaijan was the main subject of the study. In particular, the development of the TRACECA Project, which is of great importance for Azerbaijan, the impact of the project on Azerbaijan, the reasons why Azerbaijan attaches great importance to this project has been researched and finally, some suggestions have been made on what should be done in this regard
