Employees and managers have a large share in the success of businesses. Finding and selecting employees from human resources functions has an important role in fulfilling the objectives of the business effectively. Thanks to their human resources functions, businesses carry out their job placement activities by employing employee recruitment techniques and employing employee selection. Enterprises choose and apply the most appropriate methods for them according to the employee policy of managers and human resources experts.
He purposes of this research is to determine the methods of employers finding employees and how they followed in the process of choosing employees. Qualitative research management was used in the research. The data were obtained by semi-structured interview technique. The data obtained were subjected to content analysis. The universe of the research is the enterprises operating in the industrial and service sectors in Kocaeli Province. The sample consists of human resources managers and employees who voluntarily participate in the study. The majority of the companies participating in the research preferred the external sources from the employment sources. Especially businesses have been seen to benefit from internet portals. It was observed that the majority of the participants implemented the stages of the employee selection process
