OVERVIEW OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATIVES AND HUMAN RESOURCES IN COOPERATIVES

Abstract

To keep on their operations, foundations and enterprises in the public or private sector, profit/non-profit non-governmental organizations depend on the availability of the human resources with the qualifications required. This also applies to all cooperatives operating in different fields. The objective of this study is, to examine the educational activities aimed at increasing the capacity of cooperative employees and individuals who want to work at a cooperative in Türkiye. It has been concluded; with various education and adaptation projects initiated by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, as well as with undergraduate and e-certificate programs within some universities play an important role in the training activities carried out for the cooperatives and the human resources of the cooperatives
